# School Counselor / Social Worker

Supports K-12 student mental health, behavior, and SEL through individual counseling, group work, and classroom lessons. Coordinates with families and outside providers and contributes to MTSS teams.

**Ages served:** Children ages 5-18 in K-12 schools.
