# ECE Communication & Language Lead

An early childhood educator or coach focused on supporting language development across center-based or PreK classrooms. Coordinates with SLPs on consultation, identifies children who may need referral, and embeds language-rich practices into daily routines.

**Ages served:** Children ages 0-5 in centers, family child care, and Head Start.
