# ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2 Training of Trainers TERMS OF USE

Attendees who successfully complete the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3) and Ages & Stages Questionnaires®: Social-Emotional (ASQ®:SE-2) Training of Trainers Seminar are granted permission to use the Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ-3) and Ages & Stages Questionnaires: Social-Emotional (ASQ:SE-2) Training of Trainers Seminar Training Materials (the “ASQ Training Materials”) solely for the purpose of providing limited, noncommercial, live introductory training on ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 to staff, colleagues, employees, or other members of their organization or program. The ASQ Training Materials include the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 Training of Trainers: Presentation and Notes, the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 Training of Trainers: Handouts and Resources, the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 Training of Trainers: Questionnaire Packet, a PowerPoint presentation for trainer-led use, and access to online training materials through a unique URL. If an organization or program has multiple sites or offices, the Training Materials may be used to train staff, colleagues, and employees affiliated with each site.

## You may:

- use the ASQ Training Materials to conduct live, in-person or virtual trainings on ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 of staff, colleagues, employees, or other members of your organization or program
- download and print the online training materials for professional, training, and educational use
- use the PowerPoint slides to customize and deliver your presentation
- download, print, and photocopy the online training materials for distribution to attendees
- post the online training materials to a secure online file-sharing platform for electronic distribution to training attendees

## You may not:

- share the unique URL or the contents accessed through the unique URL with others
- present a Training of Trainers seminar
- charge attendees, your organization, or your program for the training, except for the exact minimal cost of printing or photocopying training handouts and materials
- use the ASQ Training Materials to create an online, asynchronous course
- provide training outside of your organization or program
- post the training materials online
- post a recording of your training online
- remove from the ASQ Training Materials any copyright or other proprietary items, for example, but not limited to, copyright lines and the ASQ trademarks and logos
- use the materials in a way contrary to the family-oriented philosophies of the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 developers

You are required to have an original set of ASQ-3 and/or ASQ:SE-2 Questionnaires and the ASQ-3 and/or ASQ:SE-2 User’s Guide at your training. Please see the Photocopying Release that accompanies the Questionnaires and User’s Guides for the terms under which these items may be reproduced, distributed, and used. The information and materials contained in the ASQ Training Materials are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Neither Brookes Publishing nor the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 developers provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials included in ASQ Training Materials for an introductory training. The information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded.

Use of the ASQ Training Materials is entirely at your own risk.
