Margo Vreeburg Izzo, Ph.D.

Margo is Program Director for Transition Services at The Ohio State University Nisonger Center. She has extensive experience in designing and directing projects that improve the transition from high school to college and careers. She has developed educational curricula for students with disabilities, conducted numerous trainings, managed the development of various dissemination products, and published over 35 peer-reviewed articles, books, or book chapters on disability and transition issues.

LeDerick Horne

LeDerick is a dynamic spoken-word poet, a tireless advocate for all individuals with disabilities, and an inspiring motivational speaker. He uses his gift for spoken-word poetry to facilitate discussions on equal opportunity, pride, self-determination, and hope for people with disabilities. He engages with diverse groups to achieve meaningful change.

Bill Bauer, Ph.D.

Bill is a Professor of Education at Marietta College, with significant experience working with youth and families with hidden disabilities. He has served in various educational roles and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the People First Association.
