TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT FOR MATERIALS IN THE BROOKES DOWNLOAD HUB

The online companion materials (including videos, PowerPoint presentations, forms, handouts, and more) posted to the Brookes Download Hub are made available for access by the users of books and other content published by Brookes Publishing Co. (“Brookes”). By accessing any of the materials in the Brookes Download Hub, you are agreeing to abide by U.S. Copyright Law and other intellectual property laws and are accepting this Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to comply with the Terms of Use, you may not use materials in the Brookes Download Hub.

In addition to accepting these Terms of Use, please note that for some materials you will be asked to accept title-specific terms before accessing the materials.

You may:

1. Print and photocopy the materials for your personal use and for allowable educational and/or clinical purposes under Copyright Law.
2. Save the materials to a local device for your personal use.
3. Post the materials on a local area network (LAN) for colleagues at a single location to use.
4. Print the materials from the local device or LAN for your personal use or to share with colleagues at a single location or with the children, students, and families your organization serves.

You may not:

5. Post the materials online.
6. Email the materials to others (unless otherwise stated in the file or in the book associated with the materials).
7. Share the materials with colleagues at other locations of your organization.
8. Share the materials with individuals or programs outside of your organization.
9. Reproduce the materials to generate revenue for any program or individual (except as allowed below*).
10. Modify the materials or prepare derivative works.
11. Remove or alter any trademark, trade name, trade dress, product name, logo, copyright, or other proprietary notice, legend, symbol, or label in the materials. *The restriction or revenue generation is not meant to apply to reimbursement of usual and customary charges in healthcare or related settings when performed with other performance and management services and health insurance reimbursement is sought.

This Terms of Use does not limit any rights that Brookes may have under copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. All materials on the Brookes Download Hub are copyrighted to Brookes unless otherwise stated on the files. Brookes and other proprietors of Brookes Download Hub materials reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Policy.

You may be prosecuted under U.S. Copyright Law for unauthorized use of Download Hub Materials. "Paul H. Brookes Publishing Co." is a registered trademark of Paul H. Brookes Publishing Co., Inc. This Terms of Use does not authorize you to use Brookes’s names or any of its trademarks or those of any other proprietors of materials on the Brookes Download Hub.
