The Environmental Screening Questionnaire (ESQ) is a quick, parent-completed screening tool that gathers vital information about the home environments of young children. This information will help professionals identify areas in which strengths and protective factors lie, as well as discover challenges faced by families. This information is used to better support children’s development and family well-being. Discover below the types of questions included in each area of the ESQ.
