4 Checklists for Implementing a PSP Approach to Teaming

The Early Intervention Teaming Handbook, Second Edition, includes a set of four checklists using the characteristics and implementation conditions of the primary service provider (PSP) approach in order to assist teams with implementing a PSP approach to teaming. Preparing for a Team-Based Approach

This checklist includes practice indicators for establishing cohesive geographically-based teams.

Using a Primary Service Provider

This checklist includes indicators for selecting a PSP for a specific child and family as well as documenting the presence of coaching by the PSP with family members, care providers, and other team members.

Coordinating Joint Visits

This checklist includes indicators for implementing joint visits between the PSP and other team members with the family or other care provider.
