Personal Assessment of Your Classroom
Read the following statements and be honest with yourself about where and how your classroom currently stands in each area. Place an X on the face that best describes your feelings.

TEACHING
- Is there enough visual support in the classroom to allow the students to follow the schedule?
BEHAVIOR
- If needed, am I following the Behavior Intervention Plan and do all appropriate staff members understand the plan?
- Do I have a way to enhance the students’ generalization of appropriate behaviors into other types of settings?
PAPERWORK AND DATA
- Am I taking data as appropriate and are my data up to date?
- How organized am I with all of the paperwork that is required of me: lesson plans, grading papers, individualized education programs (IEPs)?
CLASSROOM STAFF AND PARENT SUPPORT
- How well am I able to manage, support, and form positive relationships with both the staff that serve my classroom and the parents of my students?
