Meet the Presenter


Michele A. Anderson, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is a dynamic, engaging speaker who serves as TILLS Project Coordinator and consultant. She was instrumental in coordinating the TILLS national validation studies under the direction of lead developer Dr. Nickola Nelson. An assistant professor at Western Michigan University, Dr. Anderson conducts scholarly work on test development, the role of verbal working memory in child language assessment, cultural influences on pragmatics of writing, phonological awareness training for preschool children, and influences on reading comprehension.
