Please note:

We cannot cancel or change orders that are already being packed at our warehouse. Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our warehouse within hours of receipt. If we have already transmitted your order to our warehouse for packing, we may encourage you to take advantage of our convenient [return policy](/content/customer-service/ordering-information/returns/ "Returns"/index.html).
