Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our print-format products (unless otherwise indicated). At any time within the 30 days, you may return the product to our warehouse for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling costs.

To guarantee delivery, please insure your package and ship it by UPS (or other traceable delivery service). We cannot issue refunds for packages that are lost in transit without proof of return attempt.

Defective Products

Defective products may be returned for replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To report a defective item to our Customer Service Department, call 1-800-638-3775, fax 1-410-337-8539, or contact us through our online form.

Returns from Resellers

Booksellers must request permission to return in writing. Requests must include the following:

  1. a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization
  2. titles and quantities intended for return
  3. reason for return
